We will ship within two to three days of purchase via USPS for the majority of most items. However, on occasion we will use UPS and Fed-Ex on larger bulk wholesale merchandise to provide the best shipping prices to our customers.

Note to Customers: Any purchase under $10.00 a tracking number will not be provided and will ship via standard mail. Tracking numbers are only provided for purchases of $10.00 or more, please check your mailbox within 3 to 7 days. However, in the event of a delay of shipping your purchase, we will inform you through email or phone for purchases without tracking numbers. Items with tracking numbers either check with USPS, Fed-Ex, UPS or any other Carriers once provided with a tracking numbers.
Unwanted Returns; Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee except on (Wireless Mobile Accessories) and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). Merchandise must be in the unused condition only.
Refused Delivery; Returns falling under this category will be treated as "Unwanted Returns", consequently they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee except on (Wireless Mobile Accessories). The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, a store credit will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.
We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 90 days from the date of the delivery on all products. All returns/exchanges must be made within 90 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories in accompany with RMA number which will be provided by My Accessory Guy.
